In the Attendance section, current-day records of all employees are displayed which can be filtered by location and department. Clicking on today’s date, you can select a specific day to view records. They are sorted by filters: all / on time / late / absent / no schedule / leave.

If an employee does not have a schedule for today, then his/her record will fall under “no schedule” filter’; if the employee has a working schedule, then the record according to the schedule will fall under the filter – “on time” (if the person was supposed to come at 9.00 and came earlier, for example, at 8.58. Late follows the same logic).

If an employee has a schedule for today, but he has not checked in yet, then he will be marked as “Absent”.

If an employee has a vacation schedule with “Day Off” today, then it will be marked as “Day off.”

If an employee has a vacation/business trip/sick leave, then he/she will be under the filter “On vacation” and marked with the same status.
