On the main page click on the “+” icon down on the navigation bar, then click “Clock-in/out” => Choose between “in” or “out”.

Important!

If there was an absence of one of the records (“in” or “out”), hours worked during the day do not count! The report will show incomplete hours. For reliable data on hours worked, there should be two records. At each record, the mobile app will automatically remind or prompt to send a request for all forgotten clock-in/outs; we do recommend doing so.

By default, the reminder is enabled: 5 minutes before the start of the schedule, right on time, and 5 minutes after the shift start time. Notifications are sent so that the employee does not forget to clock in. Same notifications come in at the end of the working day.

Important!

Notifications only work when a work schedule is created!
