Firstly, taxes are divided according to the principle of who pays them – an employee or an employer (company). An employee’s taxes are deducted from that employee’s salary, and the employer’s taxes are used together to calculate the company’s total costs per employee.

Secondly, the tax values can be a fixed amount, a percentage rate of salary, or a combination of the amount and interest. A fixed number is filled in with the selected currency of the company during registration. How to change the currency is described here. Each tax type can be saved as a template, and it will be automatically applied when setting up an employee’s salary. When linking the tax to an employee with a salary in a certain currency, the tax will be calculated for the employee in that respective currency.
